Following the clean we will reinspect the roof and carry out any roof repairs replacing any cracked or broken tiles or slates, and if required replacing any mortar from ridge tiles and valleys that have been weathered away.

After a full and complete clean and roof repairs completed  a thorough wash down of all exterior surfaces to the property , gutters,fascias, soffits walls and windows will be carried out.  Once fully dry we will apply a fungicidal wash to the whole roof structure.
